From shipyard to field – Optimising installation of floating production units

At the 2019 FPSO World Congress in Singapore, Head of Integrated Solutions Olivier Trouvé addressed key challenges in FPSO tow and installation, and how Maersk Supply Service overcomes these. Key actions to ensure a safe and successful delivery include reducing interfaces, drawing on experience, and taking a one-team approach. Learnings were shared from the integrated FSO towing and mooring installation project which Maersk Supply Service performed for Total E&P UK’s Culzean field.
