How long have you worked at Maersk Supply Service, and what was your starting position?

I have been working in Maersk Supply Service for 8 years. I started in the Procurement department as a Logistics Coordinator.

What skills have you developed? 

I have learned many skills that span my professional career. On a general level, I have developed communication skills, how to be flexible and adaptable to different situations, as well as the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.  In regards to Procurement, I have also gained the ability to negotiate and make decisions and problem-solve.

What is the most interesting part of your job?

The most interesting part of work in Procurement is to understand how to interact with people inside and outside the organisation. I have worked to develop and collaborate on different strategies to achieve our goals.
