How long have you worked at Maersk Supply Service and what was your starting position?

I will complete 10 years with Maersk Supply Service in September 2021. I started as a third engineer in Brazil.

What skills have you developed?

Over the years, I have developed many skills. What stands out to me is being able to keep calm and have a clear mind in critical situations in order to find a solution. I have also gained practical knowledge pertaining to my position and working in a team.

What is the most interesting part of your job?

The most interesting part of my job is that it is dynamic. Every day is a different day, with different tasks, new opportunities to learn new things and achieve new goals.

What has been your greatest achievement in Maersk Supply Service?

To be promoted to Chief Engineer! People should always follow their dreams, and if possible, always have fun at work! When you love what you do, the work becomes a pleasure, not a burden.

What are your goals for the future at Maersk Supply Service?

I hope to achieve the goals and expectations of the company and the people who trusted me with this new position, as well as achieving my own personal goal to become a good leader and role model for my team.
