“What I love most about Maersk Supply Service is the feeling of shared purpose held by all employees. It makes my work life very meaningful to be able to connect with my colleagues sharing one common goal – to make Maersk Supply Service a leader in solving the energy challenges of tomorrow.”

What is the most interesting part of your job as a Naval Architect?

For every project we do, we are constantly trying to innovate the use of our assets, sometimes for industries and ecosystems which did not exist even a few years ago. I make sure that our vessels can technically perform the tasks required by our clients – performing technical checks, proposing new solutions and ensuring safety; the work is fast paced, the trust and responsibility entrusted in me is very empowering.

If you could give a new employee in Maersk Supply Service a word of advice, what would it be?

Take your time to talk to know your colleagues – Maersk Supply Service has a culture of openness and people are always ready to share knowledge. Knowing the pain points of your colleagues and the market will enable you to deliver solutions and results with maximum impact. And if you have an idea which you think can make a difference – don’t hesitate to share it with your colleagues! If it’s good – it will be taken seriously and implemented without much bureaucracy!
