Marine HR handles all aspects of crewing within Maersk Supply Service. As our crewing department, it contributes to the safe operation of our fleet by preparing our seafarers to meet - and exceed - both regulatory as well as business driven requirements.

Our pool of more than 2,000 seafarers is managed by Marine HR's crew operations team in Copenhagen. The team is supported by a network of local manning offices (see below). This regional network is an essential part of our crew management, and it supports our goal of building closer relations with our seafarers and their families.
